Cell Phone reverse lookup - is the law, what I can do it for free?

Yes, it was legal for someone to find information through their mobile phone numbers. Many years of mobile phone operators decided that they would allow people to search for information in exchange for one small fee. Why do it? Yes, they collect a small fee for the spammers, con men, and not the sales people abuse the system. If it was free, we d be more people calling our hands all the time and that there would be cool, right?
